10k Training

Join us as we train for the Boulder Rez 10k on October 8th! This 8 week training will take you all the way to 6.2 miles with weekly training emails and group runs, support from a certified running coach, and an amazing group of mamas to run with. Enrollment includes a FIT4MOM tank. Race registration is not included with the cost of training.
